The saltwater pool sits alongside the house's expansive glass walls, surrounded by eight loungers where you can stretch out with a book, enjoy the sunshine or spend the afternoon moving between the water and the oversized saltwater hot tub. The pool can be heated for an additional fee during cooler months, while hot tub heating is always complimentary.



An outdoor dining table for eight makes meals outside an easy part of the day, whether it's a relaxed lunch after a hike or dinner as the desert begins to cool. Nearby, the large fire pit offers another gathering place, conveniently positioned beside the entertainment lounge so you can even catch what's playing on the big screen from outside.



The surrounding grounds retain their natural desert character, with boulders, native vegetation and open views of the mountains. The property is not fully fenced, allowing the landscape to feel connected to the wilderness beyond.

For a quieter start to the day, head to the dedicated yoga deck overlooking the surrounding mountains. There's enough room for 12 mats, with three provided, making it equally suited to a solo morning stretch or a group session with friends.

Guest Bedroom 2: A comfortable king bedroom with black-and-white artwork, bedside pendant lights and a spacious closet for unpacking and settling in.
