🌵 Serenity Sands - Large Fenced House with Hot Tub, BBQ and Fire Pit! 🌵

Serenity Sands is a place for friends and family to have a home base within walking distance to restaurants, local shopping and a quick, 10 minute drive to the National Park entrance. We welcome you to come and relax and start making Joshua Tree memories! With a beautiful backyard with desert landscape, propane fire pit and BBQ it's a perfect place to enjoy desert nights!

• THE SPACE
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 6 people. The home is cooled by an evaporative cooler during summer months and a wall heater during winter months.

•THE OUTDOORS
The property has a spacious backyard with desert landscape, hot tub, propane fire pit and BBQ.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!

• A/C / HEAT
Serenity Sands is cooled by an evaportive cooler and wall heater. This will help keep the house cool during warmer desert days and warmer during those chilly nights.
++ Please note, the evaportive cooler will not be usable during the cooler months (October - March) and
++ During super humid months (August and September) the evaporitive cooler will not do much to help cool the house as there will be too much moisture in the air

• HOT TUB
The hot tub is set at 103 and is hot for your arrival. It is set up to automatically filter so you may hear it turning itself on and off. That is totally normal. The hot tub guy comes every Wednesday to service the hot tub. He wont need to come inside but he will go around the side of the house.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current open fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
WE DO HAVE A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT.

• PETS
Pets of any kind are NOT allowed

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available. Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
