The space
Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Serrano is designed to allow travelers to transcend into the peacefulness of the desert with 360-views of the natural surroundings. This home is nestled on an unfenced 5 acres of the Mojave desert. Large glass windows in every living space usher in natural light, breathtaking views and vibrant sunsets that illuminate the rich interior of this home. The desert is echoed in the simple, modern earthen tones that offer simplistic luxury for your desert escape.

Large glass sliding doors that span the east, open to patio and deck areas with seating to admire the local wildlife and plants. This land is home to desert jackrabbits, chipmunks, as well as roadrunners and other birds. At night the fire pit and hot tub offer dazzling views of starscapes. Snuggle into soft blankets and enjoy all that the quiet desert night has to offer.

This midcentury ranch is a three-bedroom, two bath home that sleeps six in king and queen accommodations. You will wake from a dreamlike slumber...was it a cloud that you were sleeping on? No, that's just the memory foam mattresses. The home is fully equipped with natural 100% cotton linens, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and washer/dryer. We supply vegan shampoo/conditioner/body wash, as well as towel warmer and robes are provided in the spa bathrooms with an oversized rain shower head or enjoy the outdoor shower. This home also comes with separate office/yoga space.

This space is ideal for those seeking a quiet, but not fully isolated experience in Joshua Tree. Located 10 mins from the West entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and only 5 mins from downtown Joshua Tree's restaurants, shops and galleries.

The entire home is available to guests during each stay.
Other things to note
Sound travels easily in the desert, so please be respectful of neighbors. This is not a party house. Sound should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and no outdoor speakers please.

We love animals, but we cannot host them in this space. We cannot accommodate emotional service animals for medical reasons and have an exemption with Airbnb. Thank you for understanding.

This location is full of wildlife, take care to supervise any children staying on the property, as this is not a safe place for young children. Guests with young children must agree to a spa liability waiver.
