«I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.»

«Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize the reviewers were right. The breakfast was pretty good though. For the price of the breakfast, I would’ve rather been at any other hotel. «Staff was exceptional - extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive. The design of the room and restaurant were exceptional. Shower water pressure was pretty awful but it didn't affect our weekend. I'd recommend The Ulysses to friends.»

«This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. «Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside.»

«Our room was great! The staff was very friendly at the front desk and valet. We did have an issue with the shower, the knob that adjusts the water temperature did fall off mid shower. We did report this at checkout and the staff stated it would be fixed. Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is clean and the rooms are cozy. «We stayed a weekend specifically for an Orioles game and to explore the inner harbor of Baltimore. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for these activities. Walk to the ballpark and the surrounding establishments, hop on the Charm City Circulator to take you into Fells Point and the light rail to and from BWI. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room with comfort. Highly recommended!»
