Excellent service. Good food (breakfast & dinner) Rooms are well maintained & clean. Very convenient to travel around. Excellent front desk service. Great gym, pools, sauna & steam room. A place to relax and rejuvenate. Place for those who need a recharge.

Hotel and staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. The only negative is there isn't anything around within walking distance as far as restaurants and shops. This was not a problem for me but as a new visitor to Malayasia i would have liked to explore more in the linited time i had at the hotel.

Initially planned to stay from 19-25 February but had to check out on 23 February to return back to Singapore due to a family emergency. Duty manager Ms Rachel Tan was very helpful and we got a refund back from the hotel after Expedia raised a refund request. Repeated stays at the hotel as we are very happy with the service and will definitely choose Doubletree Hilton again for our next trip.

It is disappointing that after paying for a suite, Hilton still holds "free wifi" hostage by demanding you sign up for yet another loyalty program no one wants. No I do not want to join, I never did, and your competitor hotels do not engage in such invasive behavior.

The reception and check in process was excellent and smooth. Welcome gift of 2x cookies was a great warming gesture. One of the negatives was upon entering the room was a strong cleaning chemicals odour rather than a nice room fragrance that greeted us. The other negative was the pillow case does not smell fresh too. Overall its still an above average stay at the hotel

No fault of Hilton’s, but with the ongoing construction around in the area, it's pretty hard to get around. During check in, we were given 2 warm cookies which was a nice touch. We were given a king sized room that was meant for the disabled so beware that the water can splash all over the bathroom and there could be more towels provided. The pillow linen didn't smell crisp, kinda a bit stale. But it's OK, we still slept well. We are open to staying here again nonetheless.
