«Everything was good with a few notable exceptions. Apparently the property is run by an accountant and not a hotelier. In the restaurant there was one server on duty and he was also the bartender and had to take care of the bar, the restaurant and the outside seating area. Way too much! And the food was very average. In the room the amenities were never refilled such as coffee and I was there for 10 days. Also, the toilet paper was single ply! Holy Moly! Next time I'll bring my own! I think ...

«The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor.
In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not.
A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!»

«I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic.
I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.»
