«I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.»

«Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites.»

«This was our first time staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I chose the queen sized room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was a small space however, we loved the vibe. The hotel’s decor was interesting and beautiful. We loved the location and parking was easy. «The view we had was nice. However one lamp didn't work, the thermostat was taped to the wall. So it needs some TLC. However not a bad stay. It says our room was a non smoker but not sure if maybe the smell was coming from a neighboring room. But overall we would probably use them again. Also a book telling what the amenities are would have helped.»
