We recently stayed at this apartment as a family of four. While the hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful whenever we contacted them, there were a few aspects of the accommodation that unfortunately fell short of our expectations.
Firstly, the overall cleanliness could have been better. The floors in particular felt dusty and dirty when walking barefoot, which wasn't the best first impression. We also noticed ants in the living area and bathroom.
We initially struggled with the towel provision, although the host subsequently directed us to additional towels. However as a family of 4 with two teenage kids we were only given two large bath towels and two very small hand towels. This was not ideal.
We also found that there was no hairdryer or fans available. While not specifically advertised amenities, they would have made the stay considerably more comfortable after asking if there was any
Noise coming from a neighboring apartment. We heard music right from the time we arrived which played throughout the night which affected our sleep. We notified early in the morning at 0500, to which we were told that security would be notified, but by 0800, no one arrived. When we left the music still playing.
On a positive note, communication with the hosts was consistently good, and they were quick to respond to our messages
Unfortunately, the combination of these smaller issues affected our overall enjoyment, and we ultimately decided to cut our stay short.
