Staff at the front desk were not helpful in scheduling our Covid tests that we needed for our return to the US. We repeatedly asked when someone would be coming to the hotel to administer our tests and couldn't get an answer. On the day before our departure, we came down for breakfast at 9:30 am and again asked when we would be getting our tests and were told that someone would be arriving at 10 am. So, we had to rush through breakfast in order to be able to get our tests done. In addition, the phone in our room did not work and the televisions in our room only received one tv station (discovery channel).
