There were flight delays for all three of us. When we reached Amsterdam, I sent an email to reservations at that Maslow to hold our room and advised them of our arrival to reschedule our transfers. Two reminders were sent. The transfers were rescheduled. Thete was no response on our reservations. The front desk lady said "no show .. we have given away the rooms. Big argument till we got the night manager who made available two rooms as per our original order through Expedia. This argumentative lady needs some coaching in customer service. The following day we lodged a complaint either front desk manager and he said he will get back to us. No response. Terrible service at the the front receptin desk.

It sounds like the delays with your flights caused a lot of disruption and stress, and the lack of communication from the hotel only made the situation worse. Please know that this is not the level of service we strive for, and I apologize sincerely on behalf of our team.It's unacceptable that your reservation was not properly handled, especially after you had proactively reached out to advise of your delayed arrival. The argumentative behavior from the front desk staff is also completely unacceptable, and I will be addressing this with the team to ensure proper customer service training is provided.I'm glad the night manager was able to ultimately resolve the issue and provide you with the rooms you had originally booked. However, I understand this doesn't make up for the poor experience, and I want you to know that we take your feedback very seriously. I will be following up with the front desk manager to understand what happened and ensure it doesn't occur again.Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to make this right. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we value your business. I hope you'll give us another chance to provide you with the high-quality service you deserve.

Very comfortable and the hotel has been kept up really nicely. I came here after 2 days at a horrible hotel. Very glad I switched. The bar is super nice as well as the restaurant. The pool was relaxing.

Beautiful stay at The Maslow. Room was nice and warm with a really great coffee brand. Pool area is so serene. Only issue is once again the VIP upgrade were not available like ALL the other stays I had at hotels thats VIP. Although it was a relatively quiet weekend they apparently didn't have any upgrades available. The VIP Premium drink in room....... a soft drink. I also never get a response from Expedia regarding the VIP Hotel issue.... Are you guys even taking this up with the hotels?
