Great urban weekend get-away!
The room was spacious and nicely decorated, I loved that it had a fridge and a bathtub. The internet connection was good enough for news, youtube etc. The breakfast was as expected for this kind of hotel, I could have wished for a little more fresh fruit ready cut and prepared for eating. I appreciated that they were able to bring me soy milk for my coffee on request. The front desk staff was very friendly and even let me have a late check-out (2 pm) at no extra cost. The hotel is located close to multiple shopping malls and restaurant, and there is also a pretty park just down the road.

Great hotel, with a fantastic breakfast selection and friendly staff. The only negative Issue I had was 2-3 times when the room keeping staff wouldn't knock and would attempt to just open the door. On my final day I opted for a late check out and I told the room keeping staff this and they came back 20 mins later and kept trying to force open the door which really annoyed me

I have been extending my stay here for a while now because I enjoy the service. I've recently left a review and everything I spoke of concerning the service being extremely nice, the food being very delicious, and the services that they offer making everything much more convenient is all still consistent. I appreciate the team's consistency in maintaining good service, and I appreciate as well seeing a lot of the same familiar faces that recognize you too. I still would highly recommend this stay to anyone. There is mall right across the street that also houses a grocery store that is also super convenient as well. There are great options for restaurants, stores, and other services for grooming and beauty as well.

I loved this hotel so much, I booked another week in an upgraded room. I'll be leaving a 2nd review too, but as for my initial stay, everything was great. I was promptly greeted and assisted upon my arrival, I arrived early and was able to still receive early access to my room, every freaking thing I ate was delicious (lol), and the staff was very thoughtful and helpful. I would recommend adding the breakfast option to your booking as well and enjoy the convenience of the service because the food is delicious and that's both the self-serve items and the ones that the chefs cook to order. Some of the things that I found convenient was that there is an ATM in the lobby of the hotel, there's a bar, the pool and pool area are both 24 hours, and although there's power outages, I've never witnessed it stay off for more than 5 min. The wifi also doesn't go out either and that really helps a lot being that I work online. 5 star staff! 5 star stay! I'd recommend.

BRILLIANT SANDTON LOCATION THAT OFFERS VALUE
It was a wonderful and pleasant experience. Brilliant central location in Sandton, close to everything that matters. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming in all areas of Hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable if a little clinical - definitely designed more for business travellers. Food was good and overall nothing to complain about at all.

良い点、駅が近い、観光バスの出発地点になっているのでとても便利。 改善が必要な点、ラディソングループ共通化と思いますがレストランでの食事は少し工夫が必要です。食器が冷たいためか、スープや、ステーキなど、盛り付けた段階で様てしまっています。また、レストランスタッフの対応にも工夫が必要な気がします。 このホテルには喫煙室がまだ無いため改善に期待します。
