GUESTHOUSE BUILDING A: Sleeps 8. Self-contained. Featuring 3 Suites all en suite. Guesthouse is self-contained completely separate from the main building. For excusive use Guesthouse A 3 rooms sleeps 8.

GUESTHOUSE A SUITE 1: Sleeps 2. HD TV, Queen bed, double volume cupboards, wall heater, bookshelf library, extra blankets. Open plan bathroom + bathtub + shower + basin. Separate closed toilet with extractor fan. Views of the pool & main garden.

GUESTHOUSE A SUITE 2: Sleeps 2. BIC, queen bed, wall heater, open plan shower, bookshelf library, extra blankets. From the big glass shower there is a private exit door with a lovely view that opens onto the pool & garden. Adjoining private en suite room with a bathtub, basin & toilet.

GUESTHOUSE A SUITE 3: Sleeps 4. Open plan. Double bed + queen size sofa bed. A screen divider between the main and sofa bed, small en-suite shower & toilet. Doors leads to the Guesthouse A outdoor sitting area & communal pool. NB 1-4 pax group goes in here if the Suite 1 & 2 are booked. (If any guest specifically wants this Family Suite 3 it can be booked at 3 people rate...but can sleep 4)

GUESTHOUSE B: Sleeps 6. For excusive use 3 rooms sleeps 6 pay for 6. This is a 2nd separate building adjacent to & bigger than Guesthouse A, with 3 reception rooms + a large covered entertainment terrace. It contains Suite 4, 5 & 6. 2nd Kitchen. TV in the TV reception area [Netflix]. + Lounge & Dining receptions.

GUESTHOUSE B SUITE 6: Sleeps 2. Queen Bed. Shared bathroom with Suite 4 (opposite in hallway).

GUESTHOUSE B GUEST SUITE 4: Sleeps 2. A smaller bedroom, queen bed, cupboard, wall heater, & bookshelf library. Bathroom opposite in the passage (standing shower, bathtub with hand shower, toilet) shared with Suite 6 next door. Views of the garden. Side views of the tennis court.

GUESTHOUSE B GUEST SUITE 5: Sleeps 2. One large main bedroom, queen bed, mini bookshelf library, plush rug, cupboard, extra blankets, dressing table & chair. There is a private en suite (hand shower in bathtub, toilet, no standing shower). Views of the tennis court and garden.

GUESTHOUSE B KITCHEN 2: Common area for Guesthouse B. Breakfast nook. Gas stove + Electric stove & oven. 2nd washing machine. Dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery, pots & pans & washing utensils.

GUESTHOUSE B TV ROOM: Common area for Guesthouse B. TV, Couches, coffee table. (NB 4 TVs on the property, all with Netflix).

GUESTHOUSE B DINING ROOM: Common area Guesthouse B. Dining table and chairs. Dining table is also a pool table combo.

CONVERSATION LOUNGE: Common area for Guesthouse B. Fireplace. 2 Lounge suits, luxurious carpet, piano.

GUESTHOUSE B TERRACE: In Guesthouse B. Adjacent to the Guesthouse A. It has a full gorgeous covered entertainment terrace overlooking the garden and pool for guest’s exclusive use. Living room style curtains & furniture, lounge seats, patio blankets, barbeque/braai set. Perfect for corporate functions, weddings, etc.

OUTDOORS: The common garden is large and lovely. Feel free to bathe in the sun. The large open pool has 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing + a 2 seater table and chairs for an intimate breakfast.
-The tennis court is available for use night and day. Tennis rackets & balls on a fully refundable deposit for hire. Evening tennis floodlights at a fee.

PAID EXTRAS: Once-off cleaning fee R300. Daily cleaning is available at an optional fee arranged on site.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS: There is a R400 fully refundable key deposit. A R1000 refundable damage deposit for each of the Guesthouses A & B. AR2000 refundable damage deposit if entire place is fully booked exclusively
