«Nice rooms, comfortable beds. I could not adjust the thermostat. Shower glass should be moveable. The hotel is oddly laid out in it’s lot, to get to the east side of the property you either have to drive all the way around from the front of the hotel or turn in by the Mexican restaurant.»

«Off the busy road in Anacortes, so it was quiet. We were going to arrive late and they waited for us so they could give us the key. This was very helpful. I liked staying there. It was my second time.»

«Good place to stay at the island. Things could be better but my stay was safe. Rooms are comfortable, plenty of parking. I enjoyed the stay.»

«I arrived very late and asked for a top floor room, and I was given a second floor. As soon as I entered the room, I could hear all of the talking and banging above me. I waited an hour hoping it would stop, but it didn't. I called the front desk and they said they would call and take care of it, but that never happened. The yelling and slamming doors never stopped until five in the morning, and I had to get up at six. I will be asking for a refund for this night.»

«We stayed in Rm 419. It was very clean and had a great view of the water. Bed was comfy. Front desk staff were friendly. We didn't mind but front desk staff leave around 9 p.. It would have been nice to have the hot rub open until 10 pm and for adults only from 8-10.»

«The Hero is great for a romantic getaway with spa services. The jetted tubs in the rooms are enormous. The ambiance is cozy. The free breakfast includes eggs made to order. The massages are awesome. We will be back.»

«Great location with friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was nice, clean with a mini fridge, Keurig, two tvs and a separate bedroom with two twin beds. The property is beautiful and you are right downtown Laconner. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and there is tea,coffee & hot water with hot cocoa/apple cider packets 24/7. They even had cookies during the day! There are great restaurants within a minute to 5 minute walk. We ate at Nell Thorn and sat outside on the patio on the ...

«Clean room and very comfortable bed. Was quiet and the breakfast was great. Staff was helpful. The only issue we had was with the check-in staff. He was VERY hard to understand. Needs more practice with English. His accent was so pronounced I had to ask him twice what he was saying and sometimes still didn't understand. Other than that our stay was great and in a very convenient place for us.»
