In Jesolo, the holiday apartment Residence Torino 83 is conveniently located close to the beach. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV. A baby cot is also available.

This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with 2 covered terraces. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from May 18 to September 14), a children's pool, and an outdoor shower.

The property is located 100 m to the beach, which is open from May 4 to September 29. An assigned beach spot is included.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available for an extra fee.

Bed linen and towels are available only upon explicit request and with the payment of an additional fee at the property. This cost will be applied for each weekly change.



Check-in is only allowed during the scheduled hours and requires prior approval from the host for any exceptions. Late check-in is possible only upon request and at an additional cost, to be agreed with the host based on the actual arrival time. This must be communicated at least 3 days before the check-in date.



A security deposit is required and will be returned in cash at check-out if it takes place in person with the host between 9:30 and 10:00 AM. If you check out earlier, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer after the property has been checked.
