Would not stay here again. Room was gross not cleaned bathroom dirty, shower dirty with hair and mold. For the price we paid very disappointed

Been staying here for years. Neither better nor worse than it’s been. Housekeeping comes by daily and does a good job. NJ Transit to Port Authority just across the street, very convenient. Overall better than other options in the area.

I liked the breakfast options although it's an extra fee it's worth the price. I didn't like the connecting doors in the rooms, we had to get our room changed in the middle of the night because the room next to us was making noise it and it almost sounded like they were in our room.

I will book here again! My three young children and I had a very comfortable stay. After a day at American dream, the Renaissance is a quick 6 min drive. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, quiet, and the thermostat was easy to use! Cute little downtown with shops and restaurants is a 5 min drive.

The staff was gracious and accommodating. Nice looking room and luxurious linens but the bathroom was not as clean as I like.

From the minute we walked in the service was top notch. The hotel itself was recently renovated and has a great bar and restaurant. The front desk signed me up for the Marriott rewards and instantly upgraded us to a suite and waived the parking fee. The room was very nice and overall it was a great hotel. Highly recommend.

Staff was very nice upon checkin, I usually leave the DND sign on my door during my stay & the staff left fresh towels outside of my door so I wouldn’t have to call and ask which was very considerate

Don’t advertise breakfast included then charge $22.50 for breakfast I’ve never been charged to park my car at $11/ night. It’s not the money it’s just ridiculous to charge for a parking spot We called housekeeping as there were what appeared to be dead fleas on the couch she said no not fleas. I’ve had dogs for 40+years so… took the cushions and brought back still had some yielding the couch unusable We travel to NJ often and in fact looking at 3 rooms for 2 nights next month. Will stay elsewhere. Which is too bad as it was very convenient

Great Customer service A++
Customer service was A+...only issue was the refrigerators in the rooms don't get cold enough to keep your food safe to eat. I'd just advise not to use the fridge. I was given a new upgraded room due to losing my expensive dinner in one of the refrigerators. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was wonderful the entire stay!

I booked dec30 which I Understand is New Year’s Eve weekend. I was willing to pay the $351 fee but thought that $11 overnight parking was outrageous. I’ve never heard of a hotel charging for parking. For that trivial reason I will not be staying again.

We had an excellent stay! Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The front desk was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. The rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. Only downside was the shower head was a little wonky. But overall, amazing stay and large rooms ! Very convenient access to the city, bus stop being right outside of the hotel.

Very convenient location for New York downtown
It was very good stay . Room that we booked, it was nice and clean. We requested for accessible washroom for elderly parents and they gave which was nice. Property is at excellent location if you want see New York. Bus stations are very nearby which you drop you to downtown new york.

Stayed here to see a comedian at Bananas! The staff was so friendly at check-in and the bartender was great as well! The room was clean and comfortable- we were right behind the elevators and couldn't hear them at all. We will definitely be back!
