Request for Compensation Regarding Issues During My Stay
I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
Unfortunately, I experienced the following issues during my stay:
• Due to a double booking, we were unable to check in until around 9:00 PM.
• The toilet in our room was clogged and could not be used during my stay.
Because of the significant delay in check-in and the inability to use the toilet, I feel that the essential services expected from a hotel stay were not adequately provided.
I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and consider offering a refund or a partial reimbursement as compensation.
