«Muy bueno el hotel todo bien»

«While the property itself is nice, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay due to unexpected charges and poor customer service.Despite the high rates, breakfast was not included, and I was charged an unreasonable $70 fee after using a towel dried up to broken spilled cup. Additionally, the night front desk staff was rude and unaccommodating when guests attempted to use the patio in the evening. Due to these hidden fees and poor service, I will not be returning»

It was nice to have tea bags and teapot available in the the room. All staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ale. She offered a lot of good recommendations. Great location. I will definitely return to Casa Pepe on my next visit to Puebla.»
