This charming cottage features an open floor plan with 1 bedroom w/queen bed, 1 full bathroom, a stocked kitchen w/coffee bar, smart TV in living room, Wi-Fi, cable, puzzles & games, washer/dryer, plus a great patio to enjoy the outdoors. Furnished with bath towels, bed linens, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a beach cart to carry it all in. Just a quick walk away is the clubhouse: pool, hot tubs, recreation center (activities including pickleball, tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, mini-golf, basketball, fitness center, and more). Watch the dolphin and manatee play in the Grand Canal. Walk or drive for easy access to beach and heated beachside pool.

Nettles Island is a unique ocean-to-river community located on beautiful Hutchinson Island across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River.
