Every thing is clean and well maintained all loud music must be turned off by 10 pm but the party goes on down the road at the town center. there are lots of interesting people that all see to have a good vibe occasionally there are some salty characters but that just makes things more interesting Also it is a very safe community I have left my expensive bike unlocked for a couple days and no one hassled it but sometimes riffraff come through the area so be careful wherever you arre its still Florida.
