Set on 3 acres, take a moment to slow down and enjoy the beauty of the mountains from the comfortable outdoor seating area. Surrounded by fresh alpine air and peaceful scenery, it's the perfect place to relax, reconnect with nature, and admire the spectacular night sky. Fire up the propane BBQ grill and enjoy a meal outdoors while taking in the views. Please note that open fires, including campfires and bonfires, are not permitted on the property.

The home is divided into two connected wings. The original cabin includes the kitchen, dining area, loft, and one full bathroom. The newer addition features the living room, both king bedrooms, and the second full bathroom.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfort and personality in mind, offering plush mattresses and cozy linens for a restful sleep. Please note that the loft has blinds for privacy but remains open to the living room below. The large living room window does not have a window covering.

The open-concept living room offers a comfortable space to relax and spend time together. It features a large recliner sectional, an 85" smart TV and DVD player for cozy movie nights. The dining table provides plenty of space for meals, game nights, or planning the next day's adventures, while large windows fill the home with natural light and mountain views.

🌟🌟 KITCHEN 🌟🌟
Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the trails or winding down with dinner after a day of adventure, the kitchen has everything you need. Enjoy cookware, bakeware, dishware, and a drip coffee maker stocked with complimentary coffee to help you start each morning right. Please note that the kitchen does not include a dishwasher.

SECURITY CAMERAS: The property is equipped with six exterior security cameras (five solar-powered cameras and one video doorbell). Camera locations include the left side of the garage door, the south side of the home, the southeast side of the deck, beneath the deck, the northwest front corner of the home, and the front door via the doorbell camera. All cameras monitor outdoor areas only.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Dogs must be at least one year old and 35 lbs or less. Sorry, no cats.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or exterior maintenance in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

The home uses two heating systems for your comfort. The kitchen, dining area, and one bathroom are heated by a forced-air furnace, while the living room, bedrooms and second bathroom use in-floor radiant heating, which provides gentle, even warmth. Please note that the radiant heat may take several hours to reach your desired temperature.

This cabin is naturally cooled by the fresh mountain air and surrounding trees. For the most comfortable stay, open the windows and use the provided fans to circulate the cool air, especially during the morning and evening hours. There is no air conditioning.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

NO OPEN FIRES: Park county prohibits guests from having any type of open fire, regardless of the fire ban status.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
