«Cottage is in a nice little subdivision on Sam Rayburn Lake. The subdivision had its own boat ramp which was very convenient. The cottage has everything you need for cooking up your favorite meal. Gas grill would be an added bonus. 3 comfortable queen beds. Not a far drive to Boykin Springs for a nice hike, then a swim in the lake which is fed by cold springs. Easy drive to Lufkin if more dining options are required. Brookshire Brothers store in Zavalla is close by. Brought our SeaDoo with us ...

«We had a very relaxing time at the Eagle’s Nest! We saw the Eagle’s which was American as hell and we heard their babies also, which was amazing. Very peaceful place and enjoyed relaxing at the cabin after we fished.»
