«We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. The bedroom is spacious and sealed with separate air conditioning, perfect for the hot July weather. There are extra bedding and pillows in the closet. There were balcony furnitures for relaxation. The whole place is calm and gracious… The next morning we were ...

«The on site Onsen natural baths, being able to choose either a private Onsen or alternative public baths, in the hotel. The private baths meant we could have the bath space to ourselves and wear a cosi! We were provided lovely fresh linen traditional robes, towels and footwear, fantastic traditional experience staying in this traditional Japanese accommodation, family run, with everyone being super helpful and friendly. Free coffee machine in reception. Why stay in a concrete tower block when ...

«Great place, had a very comfortable stay. Good onsen and complimentary drinks and snacks. Ideal for skiing Shiga kogen or Nozawa onsen. Perfect for the snow monkeys. Will visit again. »

«Svært autentisk Ryokan, med fabelaktig vert. Litt "slitne" fasiliteter , men dette bidro til intrykket av autentisitet. Hadde eget lite "Onsen"-bad med naturlig varmt kildevann. God mat, god service. Verten tok oss med på et fascinerende besøk på banen for klassisk japansk busekyting (som ligger vegg i vegg med Ryokan'en. Fikk se trening mens vi var plassert ved tradisjonelt lavt bord (med tepper og ovn under.»

«I enjoyed the dinner meal even though I made a rookie hot pot mistake.»

«The room is clean, friendly staff but breakfast is very basic. »

«Absolutely loved our stay here! The buffet breakfast and dinner included were great and provided a vast range of Japanese, Western and Italian options. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and our ten month old baby. The rooms were well maintained and spacious for Japan. Gorgeous location, but remember that it is quite a distance away (at least 20 mins by car if not further) from restaurants (for dinner, there are a few lunch options closer)/convenience stores, etc.»

«Fin plass, veldig snille ansatte, fine rom og veldig veldig veldig god mat»

«部屋も温泉も広くて清潔でした。明るく優しいスタッフさんのおかげで快適に過ごせました。一つだけ改善があるとすれば、できれば共用洗面所にペーパータオルがあれば嬉しかったです。また利用させていただきたいです。»

«コースのディナーがとんでもなく美味しい！»

«部屋に冷蔵庫があったら良かった»

«This is ryoakan with good service, they pick you up at the train station. Which is not far from ryokan, 10 minutes to walk. Room are quite large, you will sleep at the thin futons and have buckwheat pillows. It seems to be family driven ryokan and the olderly couple who owns this place are really, really sweet. They don't speak english, but thats whats makes it adventurous. »
