Great modern, new hotel with incredible views of the mountains. The staff is cold and service in general is poor. Lost bag, after it went through their security and staff was not very helpful in locating. Interesting that it appeared several hours later after speaking with manager and requesting review of security footage.

Did not meet expectations
Room very humid and with unpleasant smell. Shampoo and soap not replaced during the cleaning. We were charged 450 rupees for a bottle of water despite the waiter told us that our rate included soft drinks and water. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, very disappointing.

The staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant itself was tastefully decorated with local artifacts. The hotel is quite a way out of the city, which we knew when booking, so there is not much else around. We enjoyed being away from the bustle of all the traffic.

We've had the most amazing holiday at this location. The staff are so friendly, attentive and caring. The hotel is very clean, and offers the best amenities. We've genuinely enjoyed the stay, and appreciate the attention to detail, across all departments. Reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff and management; everyone has been professional and exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is 25 minutes outside of Jaipur, which is wonderful, because it gives you a break from the hustle and bustle, and noise, of the city. Nestled in the hills, this hotel is the perfect oasis!

Great Property
It was great, staff was friendly and caring. Services including food was great. Only thing, I feel they need to improve is, space in the breakfast area, as the current area is small for full occupancy.

Great & Comfortable Stay
The Hotel is very Clean and smells and looks fresh. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is also very nice and clean. During these Covid Times, they are taking al precautions to make your stay comfortable and safe. The food is also pretty good at the restaurant with a decent layout during the Buffet spread.
