There is also a breakfast bar with seating overlooking the lake. Next to the kitchen is a beautifully decorated family room with a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV. The main level also has a full bathroom and laundry room equipped with Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer. Finally, there is a multi-use area with a Stiga ping pong table and 50+ inch Samsung Smart TV.
The lower level is for fun or simply hanging out. It has a walkout, lakefront patio. In addition, it offers a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, Xbox One with two controllers, pub style Dart Board, Foosball and an indoor Sauna.
The home has a newer grill (Spring 2023), a firepit, four adult Pelican Bay Bandit sit on kayaks and two sit in adult style kayaks.
