Hoteller nær James Cool Papa Bell Memorial

«Clean and safe place to stay. The breakfast was wonderful as was the surprise kickback hour! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect if you plan on visiting the Arch or the ballpark. Both are within a few minute walk.»

«Hotel and room were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. On site bar was convenient.»

«Exactly what you would expect from a four seasons hotel. Fantastic, all the way around!»

«This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people.»

«I would stay here again.»

«An amazing stay. Happy hour was a blast and then off to my large clean room. The shower could use some love but everything over all was amazing. The breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. 100% would stay again!»

«Nice place with free beer at 5:30pm. Use your door sign if you don’t want to be disturbed by roomservice in the morning.»

«I always go back to this hotel. Very helpful and clean!»

«We stayed here for the walking distance to Chaifetz Arena, and the location was perfect. The room was clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable. The downside was the staff. They seemed friendlier to other guests than to us. Breakfast is cooked to order instead of self-serve, and the staff member working seemed irritated that we were waiting. My husband was upset with how we were treated. Great rooms and location, but the service needs work.»

«The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad. ...

«Flott hotell sentralt i St. Louis med gangavstand til Gateway Arch»

«Very clean, loved the layout of the hotel. Great staff, front desk was amazing. Room was nice. The fridge is basically worthless, taking 8 to 12 ours to cool»

«It’s a beautiful hotel. Was clean and nicely maintained. Not much in the way of amenities. No vending machines or store to get snacks or drinks. Valet didn’t offer to help with luggage at all, just got the car. No help with luggage, no tip.»
