«I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 »

«Veldig fint rom med utsikt til Nahargarh Fort. Hyggelig betjening og ok beliggenhet. God frokost på fin takterasse. »

«Mitt beste hotellopphold så langt i India. Utrolig god service. Vil absolutt bruke dette hotellet igjen dersom jeg kommer tilbske til Jaipur.»

«Excellenttt!!!!!!!!!! My favorite stay forever in jaipur!!! Please do not skip this stay if you go to jaipur»

«Our family of four stayed here for two nights. It is a traditional building that is over 100 years old. Returning from the bustle of Jaipur city and entering the room through the courtyard, we found a quiet, spacious, and wonderfully atmospheric space. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Located close to Jaipur's sightseeing areas, it was a truly perfect stay. Thank you.»

«The hotel is located away from the busy main street so you cannot hear any traffic, which was a pleasant surprise. The beds are good (medium-hard) and we slept like two babies. If you are used to travel in Asia or backpacker style the bathroom is decent/OK, but recommend to wear flip-flops while taking a shower. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a bit limited, but totally ok. Nice garden outside with benches. All in all, low-priced and good hotel with all your basics needs ...

«Clean room, good cafeteria and friendly customer service»

Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of me. I will be back and recommend this place to anybody who wants comfort, beauty and peace in Jaipur.»

«Excellent food and service. Old palace need some renovation to reach to the mark. The garden where all the meals were served is just georgeous. Peaceful and beautifulaway fromall the hussel an busssel from the crowd. There was a peacock that came out every morning to greet at breeakfast and squrrels and jumping all over. Unpolluted natural beauty!»

«"A humble budget hotel" describes it more honestly than the hotel describes itself online. It isn't a "heritage" hotel, that's just the parent company name. The room was clean enough and the shower was good. Only two pillows for a kingsize bed. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and un-secured. The restaurant is small, dark, and windowless. The food is okay. They say they have a 24 hr. airport shuttle but two online booking requests went unanswered. Good location for bazaars, City Palace. The staff were ...

«Good stay.»

«The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening. The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them. However, ...
