good hotel
Good hotel and good value for money. The hotel has everything you need and is a good choice for a comfortable stay. Nice big rooms and good service. It is a bit too much noice from hallways and other rooms that is disturbing during the night. The breakfast buffet has a lot of good food. But you have to really look around or ask to find everything. And why is basic stuff like orange juice missing when you can have 5 other juices... The restaurant is good, but except for pasta and pizza it usually just have one choice for "western" dinner. It is better if you want to eat Indian. The pool if nice during the summer, but in the winter it is too cold. And not so much sun gets between the high buildings and down to the sunbeds.

Bra hotell til bra pris
Bra hotell med god service og alt man trenger. Bra pris for et sentralt 5 stjernes hotell. En meget god indisk restaurant i underetasjen bør prøves. Ellers en ganske ok buffet restaurant som ikke utmerker seg spesielt. Følg godt med på kredittkortet du bruker her. Alle kredittkortene til hele reisefølget mitt ble missbrukt etter besøk her i oktober.

We stayed for 5 nights, and enjoyed ourselves very much, We loved the buffet and the staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The room was great, huge and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not perfect, but on the other hand it is easy to get a car rather than an autorickshaw to travel around. We will gladly stay here at out next visit in Jaipur.

This is a five star luxury hotel 5-10 minutes from the airport. (A shuttle taxi costs 700rps). Great dinner buffet - highly recommended and worth the splurge. Very nice staff. Faultless really. Only good as an airport location hotel - it's too far from the old city or fort to use it as a base. Unless you need 2 or 3 days break from India. In that case, stay here and you'll think you're on another planet. Very, very nice.

Great property and great service. However, we could hear a party at the hotel from our room at 12:30 am. I think they should have sound proof rooms and unfortunately they don’t.

My brother bought us a 3 night stay here as an engagement gift as I had just proposed to my girlfriend outside the Taj Mahal in Agra. We are currently on a year long backpacking adventure and have only been staying in cheap accommodation so this was a most welcome gift! Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were all incredible. The room was clean, spacious and the bed super comfy. The hotel has 3 restaurants and the food is amazing. The breakfast buffet was also the best thing we’ve ever seen. Huge selection of food from around the world. It was really nice to have a little bit of luxury to celebrate our engagement before we continue with our backpacking adventure.

Really terrific. Staff is super gracious, helpful and friendly. We had 2 dinners, 1 lunch and 2 breakfasts. All were EXCELLENT other than the buffet dinner. Super fresh and amazing. What a wonderful stay.

UNETHICAL HOTEL, PUTTING GUETS SAFETY AT RISK
THEY ARE UNETHICAL THIEVES! Take advantage of foreigners and tourists that are in India, just interested in the money and not in taking care of foreigners in their country. I had a 1 night book in Jaipur, as a single women, my tourist operator had to cancel my trip which I had fully paid and they FULLY REFUNDED because of the assassination of a right wing political member in his house in Jaipur. ALL tourist attractions were closed and the whole State was closed due to riots and street violence. I contacted the hotel to explain the cancellation of the trip was NOT my fault but political instability of an unprecedented event and they DID NOT CARE. They did not even agree to refund 50% or try to source a solution. They referred to put a solo traveler at risk than keep the brand’s name high and secure a future traveler in their hotel. Amazes me the lack of awareness this hotel had and little care for the safety of its current and future guests.

Great service from Naman Moradi (may have spelled that wrong!) on front desk. He kindly booked me a spa treatment at the discounted rate, and insured my billing upon check out was in line with my needs. The room was comfortable the food selection for both breakfast and dinner very good. I like that glass bottles were used for the water rather than single use plastic, as well as refillable soaps in the shower (good eco initiatives). My faults are the room had no usb chargers, no robe and the plug sockets weren't compatible with UK plugs, which is the first hotel I've come across without this. Overall a good stay, I would stay again.
