"The building here is a bit old, and you can see the wear and tear in the space, but that just makes it interesting. This is a great, central, inexpensive space to stay when you see Jaffna. There's a restaurant below- a big cafeteria style front and a slightly hidden secret courtyard in back which is a beautiful place to spend an evening. "not a very nice hotel .the staff was a very nice.the building was ok alot of freash paint smell.there is alot of rowdy crowd who eat and drink till late night.very noisy. the breakfast was excellent.situated in a very prime area"
