2• 🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee: If the property is left in an extremely dirty condition after check-out (e.g., dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive trash, stains on floors or walls), an additional $100 USD cleaning fee will be charged.

3• 🚷 No unregistered guests allowed.
If an additional guest is not listed in the reservation, the extra guest fee listed on the platform at that time will apply.

12• 🧹 Pet Waste: It is mandatory to clean up your pet`s waste immediately. If pet waste is not properly disposed of, a $30 USD additional cleaning fee will be charged.

13• 🛋️ Supervision & Furniture: Pets must not be left alone on the property at any time. Additionally, pets are strictly prohibited from getting on beds or sofas.

14• 🚫 Dangerous Breeds: Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed on the property.

• Owners are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or infrastructure caused by their pets.
• Excessive noise caused by pets must be avoided to prevent disturbances to neighbors.
