Getting Around:

Getting around Diamante del Sol is easy! The condo is located in the heart of Jacó, making it a breeze to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. For those arriving by car, we offer on-site parking. If you're flying in, the nearest airport is Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, approximately a 1.5-2 hour drive. Taxis and private shuttle services are readily available for convenient transport to and from the condo.



Other Things to Note:

This three-bedroom condo accommodates a maximum of 6 registered overnight guests. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation before check-in.



Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Shower before entering. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult; babies must wear swim diapers. No glass or breakable items, running, jumping, diving or dangerous games. No food or drinks in the water. Keep music at a level that does not disturb others. Do not reserve unused loungers, tables or chairs for more than 30 minutes. No lifeguard is on duty. Follow the administration’s applicable rules for pets and service animals. Management or security may enforce the rules and restrict facility use within their authority.



Private visits are allowed only from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, subject to the condominium’s mandatory occupancy limits. Advance notice to our team is recommended, not required. Visitors may register directly with security and must present original, valid photo identification. No entry without valid identification or when an access restriction imposed by security for previous violations is in force. Visitors may not use the pools or recreational common areas and must leave before 5:00 AM. They must follow quiet hours, security and community rules. No parties or events. The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring visitors comply.



Community essentials: quiet hours 10:00 PM–7:00 AM; no loud music, shouting, parties or events. Bag rubbish securely and use the designated floor bins/chutes. Checkout 11:00 AM: take your belongings, secure the apartment and return keys/access devices as instructed.



Before check-in, provide the full guest list, total guest count and identification details available for the condominium register. Follow security’s identification procedure on arrival. This request does not require photographs or copies of identity documents.

A local host available to provide for all of your needs - airport transportation, tours and recommendations for the many eating opportunities in town. All stores, restaurants, and the beach are within easy walking distance.
