Located in a quiet First Ave neighborhood, this thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect setup for families or small groups looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy island living. With a spacious layout and everything you need for a comfortable stay, it’s an easy choice for your next beach getaway.



The Space:

This two-story home features a primary suite on the ground floor with a king bed for easy access and privacy. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds. The open living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple and convenient. Direct beach path to a beach access within neighborhood. Please note the home does have exterior cameras, they are not set up but they are located outside attached to the home.



Please note: photos do not yet show the new lounging pool currently being installed, which is expected to be completed by August. This is a lounging pool, not a traditional swimming pool. The pool can also be heated for an additional fee. Updated photos will be added once construction is complete.

Guest Access:

Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Situated on First Avenue, this home resides in a charming neighborhood bustling with families. Nearby, renowned dining spots like Sliders, The Surf, and Sandbar await, while the ocean beckons just across Fletcher Avenue. Eato Chef, a mobile restaurant with outdoor seating, is located steps from the property! Amazing area to walk around, comfortably situated in an amazing part of the island. Short drive to Historic Downtown as well as beaches like Main and American Beach!



Getting Around:

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all. Rent a golfcart and enjoy endless cruising around he island! When you're all finished, park in your two-car garage!

All properties are self-check-in

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property



OTHER FEES:

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

*10% OF THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

*FOR CANCELLATIONS 61 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVATION: 90% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: THERE IS NO REFUND

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
