Welcome to The Wheelhouse — the flagship unit at 725 Third Street, our boutique three-unit building in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. This is our biggest, boldest, most loaded unit, designed for families, friends, and groups who want a place that's actually fun to come back to at the end of the day. Two blocks to the sand, two blocks to downtown Jax Beach, and built for the kind of trip you'll be talking about for years.
WHAT MAKES THIS PLACE DIFFERENT
The Wheelhouse is a fully renovated, ground-floor unit wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, with original exposed steel beams, vaulted ceilings, and a coastal-industrial design unlike anything else on the beach. The walls are filled with original artwork and framed nautical charts of the St. Johns River and Atlantic coast. Outside, a private brick-paver courtyard with a gas fire pit and red Adirondack chairs becomes the heart of the trip after dark.
This is not a generic beach rental. It's a destination property in a boutique three-unit building, designed and outfitted for groups who want something memorable.
SLEEPS 10 ACROSS TWO PRIVATE SPACES
Master Bedroom A California king bed with high-end linens, an en-suite bathroom featuring a six-head rainfall shower system, dual farmhouse-style vanities, and floor-to-ceiling tilework. The kind of bathroom your group will fight over in the mornings — and again before dinner.
Bunk Room Four full-size built-in bunk beds with custom millwork, brick accent walls, and the room's own flat-screen TV. Sleeps eight in real beds — no air mattresses, no pull-outs, no sleeping bags. Perfect for a kids' wing, a friend-group sleepover, or any group that needs to spread out without sacrificing comfort.
The bunk room has its own attached full bathroom with dual access — one door from the bunk room itself, one from the hallway — so it functions as both a private bath for the bunks and a guest bath for the rest of the unit.

The kitchen is built for cooking real meals for real groups:

Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, sharp knives, dishes, and glassware for 10 — bring the food, the kitchen has the rest.

• Open-concept living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass and seating for the whole group • Reclaimed-wood dining table with a hidden surprise: lift the wood top and you've got a full professional pool table underneath. Convert in either direction in minutes — dinner table by day, pool table by night. • Mounted dartboard with custom cabinet • Ice machine • Multiple flat-screen TVs throughout the unit, plus a sound system • Board games and puzzles for groups who want to disconnect
OUTDOOR SPACE
• Private brick-paver courtyard exclusive to The Wheelhouse • Circular gas fire pit (year-round, no burn-ban restrictions) surrounded by red Adirondack chairs • Floor-to-ceiling glass walls along the front of the unit, so the inside opens up to the outside • Two blocks to the beach, with public beach access at the end of the street • Walking distance to Jacksonville Beach restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the Seawalk Pavilion

• Beach gear provided: chairs, towels, a shade canopy, and a wagon for easy trips to the sand • Fast WiFi throughout the unit • One dedicated parking spot • Pet-friendly: dogs welcome with prior approval, $200 per pet per stay
GUEST ACCESS & SECURITY
The entire unit is yours, with keyless entry via a unique door code sent on the morning of check-in. The code is active for the duration of your stay and expires automatically at check-out — no keys to return.
There is one exterior security camera at the building, facing the parking lot, for the safety and security of guests and their vehicles. There are no cameras inside the unit or in any private areas of the property.
