Dirty room and bathroom. Other people's hair not cleaned from previous stay. Low water pressure and hot water wasnt very hot. Good location if you need to be nearby the hospital on other side of the bridge.

Clean, spacious, and comfy stay!
Stayed here for one night with friends after a night on the town and was very glad we chose this hotel! Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious with the separated kitchen area and living room. The bathroom was huge, beds were very comfy in my opinion and everthing was spotless! If we ever need to stay around downtown Jax again, we would absolutely choose this place again.

Great experience
From the initial check in to the time we left, the stay was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and even have dog treats. The location was perfect for an after work outing. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the room layout was very efficient. Having a well equipped dog spot right across the street was a win as well.

Overall this property has been a good experience. The area is a little rundown around it but overall felt safe. The TV volume was very low and some handles in the bathroom were loose but other than that the kitchen is easy to cook in and the bed is comfortable

Definitely going back!
Just want to say that I hated the shower. It's half open, so expect a wet floor unless you are super petite and meticulously showering. Parking is a bit skimp though. Other then that, I loved it! Super comfortable, modern and pretty. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were so polite, helpful and awesome. I noticed that they were also on top of issues as they presented. Good breakfast choices that differed for the days I was there. Picturesque area especially at night! Definitely going back.

This was a clean hotel and perfect for our overnight stay. The check in was seamless and very informative. The front desk was very polite and welcoming. The surrounding area is very dated and downtownish but not a deal breaker at all. We were there for a concert and it was very convenient as its a 7 minute drive from the Vystar Arena. Would definitely book again.

The check in staff was friendly and accommodating. A woman checked me in, she had a short hair cut. She did a wonderful job checking me and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions about Marriott. Overall I enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was very good as well.
