Comfortably sleeps up to three guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker. Fresh towels and linens are provided. Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV are included. Amenities feature smart TVs, in-unit washer and dryer, mini fridge, microwave, free on-site parking, coffee with cream and sugar, eating utensils, and a laptop-friendly workspace—plus more to make your stay easy and comfortable.

• 2–3 hours: $200

Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee, per Stripe policy. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus this fee and applies to direct and select channel bookings.

House Guidelines
• Pets: $75 per stay (up to 2 dogs). No cats. Unapproved pets incur a $100 fee and may result in early termination. Guests are responsible for any damages.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult present at all times.
• Food & Drink: No food or drinks in bedrooms (sealed water bottles allowed). Extra cleaning fees may apply.
• No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. $200 fine plus cleaning or repair costs.
• Trash: Please dispose of all trash in outdoor bins before departure.
• Damages: Report within 24 hours or upon arrival to avoid liability.
• Dishes: Wash dishes and run the dishwasher (if available) before checkout.
• Windows: Keep closed for safety and security.
• Laundry: Do not overload machines, wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
• Storage Closet: Keep locked at all times.
• Consumables: Use at your discretion; freshness not guaranteed.
• Furniture: Please do not rearrange.
• Parties & Events: Not permitted. Violations may result in charges and immediate eviction.
• Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. Extra guests require prior approval and may incur a $100 per-person fee if limits are exceeded.
• Illegal Activity: Will result in immediate eviction.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
