The furniture was garage sale cast offs. There was hair on the shower wall. The TV never worked and the WiFi only worked for minutes and then was dropped. The restaurant was not opened and no Continental breakfast. The carpeting in the hallways were grossly filthy. And upon leaving our neighboring travelers had similar complaints.

The hotel on the outside and the front desk is nice but when you make it to the rooms. It’s horrible. They have ripped chairs and furniture.

The receptionist was wonderful, however the lobby and furniture was shabby and worn, we get out of the elevator (one of two was working) and the carpets were stained, ripped and hadn’t been vacuumed. We open the door to the room, and the first thing we noticed was the chair was extremely worn. And they attempted to cover the damage by a dirty cover up. The next thing we noticed, was the black mold on the wall. We decided right there to leave and requested a refund. We are still waiting to hear back on that.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked out 45 minutes after getting to my room. The hotel is trash, worn furniture, rooms overwhelmed with bleach, pool was green, place smelt as soon as I walked in. The bed had pieces missing from the headboard, the desk chair was ragged and worn out. The windows curtains was broken, there was paint smudge on the wall. I will never stay in this hotel, I would rather sleep in my vehicle. The hotel is disgusting. I wish I was a way to give them less than one star.

This property should not be carrying the Wyndham name. It may have been a Wyndham someday, but it is no more. Blinds were broken. Empty tissue box with one tissue on top of the tissue box holder so it looked like there were tissues. No toilet paper or very little. Very unfriendly at times. The price was right, but the hotel wasn’t.

Rooms were very rundown..furniture in terrible shape. No hand soap in bath. Carpet stained. Mold on shower curtain. We were on 3rd floor and one of two elevators had button for 3rd floor missing so could only access using one elevator. Very disappointing to say the least.

Horror movies should film here! To take the elevator to the 3rd floor, you had to get in one elevator and send it up, jump out,then push the up arror again, because 1st one didn't go to 3rd floor. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in 5 years. My a/c didn't work, but I was too afraid to call for help because it seemed i was the only one on the 3rd floor. Furniture was faux leather and it was peeling. Expedia should not give this one star, let alone 3.

Manager followed us in her car while walking our service dog. And rudely questioning us what her abilities were for her service. Room had mold and stains everywhere. Floor, walls, ac vent. Elevator was missing buttons. Did not feel save staying here. Dinning room was permanently closed

Coffee maker broke, upholstery in dump conditions, elevator button broken, toilet handle broken, no soap in the bathroom, no personal laundry facilities. They’ve let a solid building go to ruin. Obviously no maintenance being done here and no amenities.

Direct TV didn’t work the whole stay . The furniture was scratched up. Reported to front desk and no maintenance person came at all. Didn’t get the names but the management of this Hotel need to get a refresher training on Hospitality. In my profession I am an Auditor. This Hotel and some of the Staff would have failed. Sad part is I knew the Owner before he passed. He wouldn’t be Happy at All with the way This Hotel has went down .

The property was very run down on the inside, carpets dirty and the chair in the room was worn through on the armrests. Very out of date. Reception was very rude. The bed was ok and the sheets were clean. The parking lot was empty because there are only about 3 other guests at the hotel.

I liked the chicken process was easy and the person behind the desk was nice and very honest. I asked specific questions that I kind of already had the answers to but he was very honest and saying that the amenities were not available such as the hot tub was out of service for the season and the restaurant was closed because they didn't have a chef. The room was big and the bathroom was even bigger.

Basic no frills
I am not sure where to start. The place is falling apart rugs need repair and cleaning. The rooms were ok but in my room the wake call did not work two mornings in a row, or the microwave had to be replaced. No final bill said had to get it from hotels.com. The place was more like a motel 6.

Outdated worn and in desperate need of updates and repair. Smelled like mildew. Holes in carpet and once upon a time the tub was a jacuzzi which hadn’t been repaired. Marble floor in foyer and bathroom but very slippery in my handicap room. Also pool and hot tub closed out of season. In Florida?

Hotel is decent, but needs better cleaning practices. We have stayed here multiple times due to price and convenience and every time there have been hairs in the bathtub. The bed seems clean though.

This hotel has a unique "vibe" (there's a classic car in the lobby) and I like staying there. I did once before because of the convenient location then on my next trip to the area specifically picked it again because it was safe, clean, great staff, decent room for a good price. I recommend this hotel.
