The total renovation is complete and this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Amelia South condo is ready and waiting to host your next beach getaway on Amelia Island!

Direct oceanfront views and abundant sunshine fill this end unit beauty which exudes casual coastal charm throughout! Upon entry guests will immediately notice the sparkling new kitchen with white cabinetry and stunning quartz countertops. The contrasting stainless topped island provides additional space for meal preparation or a great spot to set up a little afternoon happy hour! There are also two barstools for additional seating. The adjacent dining space is outfitted with a round wooden table and chairs and can accommodate up to six people.

The beautifully decorated living space is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa and two upholstered chairs looking out at the expansive oceanfront views. The wall mounted flat screen smart TV provides indoor entertainment. Stylish plantation shutters and blackout draperies offer light control and privacy as needed. This space is anchored by the ocean front sliding glass doors which lead to the spacious covered balcony. Being an end unit, this balcony provides magnificent beachfront views all down the Atlantic coastline. The balcony features a dining table and six chairs perfect for dining alfresco. Two cozy rocking chairs make this the perfect place to watch the waves crash on the shore below or look for dolphins in the horizon!

Watch the sunrise from the comfort of the master suite which also offers access to the spacious balcony. A king sized bed, impeccable furnishings, a flat screen smart TV, and a completely remodeled master bathroom complete the scene. The bathroom features a luxury tiled walk-in shower and a quartz topped vanity- a true seaside sanctuary!

Not to be outdone, the second bedroom is smartly appointed with a king sized bed and presented in a calming palette of seaside tones. The hall bath is newly updated with a luxury tiled walk-in shower and quartz topped vanity.

Along with easy beach access, Amelia South offers guests a large community pool for a day of fun or a quick dip after the beach. The Surf Restaurant, a local favorite, is just across the street. Their tropical atmosphere makes it a popular spot to enjoy a tasty meal while listening to live music!

This condo unit was wonderful! Corner unit allowed for more light and one less shared wall. Spacious balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The unit is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and furniture. Check in process was easy and management responsive.

Beautiful spot on the 3rd floor with an excellent view of the ocean and sun rises. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Bathrooms were small but very nicely done and clean. Beds were ok, a bit firm for my taste and pillows not good. Didn't care for the barn doors they wouldn't stay closed and didn't really provide privacy. The place was very nicely decorated and comfortable other wise. Between the pool and the ocean what more could you ask for!

Our family loves visiting and staying at Amelia South. This condo didn’t disappoint. The entire place was well equipped, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were great for trying to get some extra zzz’s. We fully enjoyed sipping our coffee on the balcony while taking in the views! We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice end unit

Very nice end unit condo so no one else on the one side, nice covered porch overlooking ocean. Newer furniture and really nice kitchen. Best equipped kitchen we've seen! Building and elevator are older but great location.

Discover Amelia Island

We loved this oceanfront condo right on the beach. The kitchen was amazing and better supplied than our kitchen at home. We very much enjoyed the balcony and the general atmosphere of Amelia Island. Just one heads-up: the stackable washer/dryer in the photos has been replaced by what looks to be a combined washer/dryer. We weren't sure how to use it so we passed on that.

Valentine’s weekend getaway with friends

We had a wonderful weekend together with friends. The place we stayed was beautiful. The check-in process was easy & we had no problems. There was a minor problem with all of the TV’s & that was taken care of quickly.

Beachfront condo

On the night that we checked in, there was a torrential storm, and it was difficult getting belongings in the condo due to the openness of the hallways and the elevators because everything was soaking wet. Everything else was very nice, except if you are a large person, the space for the toilet is very tight and due to the toilet paper roll sticking out, you practically have to turn sideways to use the restroom. The complex itself is not very nice and the gate was not opening on the side of the condo until we called management and they came and unlocked it. Therefore, we had to walk through the pool area, which was very old, not updated, and rather gross . That was the biggest downfall to the condo was the complex that it was in. The condo itself was fairly nice.

Great accommodations

The entire experience was awesome. Pictures are as they appear, and the kitchen is well equipped with more than enough dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice corner balcony with a great breeze. Easy check in and out, no issues at all. Highly recommend this beautifully decorated & comfortable condo for a stay at the beach!

Condo perfect

We are two couples, husbands are brothers, and the arrangement of the bedrooms with baths was perfect. It is not easy to find two bedrooms with king sized beds and also two baths with walk-in showers. Kitchen was well-appointed and living arrangement very comfortable. Our only objection was the weather front that made it rainy most of our long weekend, but we had a good time being together.

Fabulous Girl's Trip!

When 3 very picky, middle-aged ladies are impressed by accommodations, you know you've found a winner. This condo was immaculately clean, stocked better than our own kitchens, and decorated to the 9's. The beds and linens assured us of lazy morning wakeups, and the overall layout offered plenty of privacy. The building and property grounds are a little aged, but so are we. That's not to say anything was lacking! On the contrary! Everything was quiet, settled in like a well worn pair of shoes, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was perfect, and speaking of the beach...it was clean and coaxed us to walk each day. A beach service was suggested by our management group, and it worked out great. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Great View and Wonderful Unit

We could have spent all day on our balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and beach activity. The unit itself was super- clean, updated, well-decorated and well-equipped. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this unit! The BEST Condo I’ve ever stayed in! Remodeled and absolutely gorgeous, clean, the attention to detail throughout the unit was impeccable and the end unit with extra views of the ocean were stunning!! I will definitely go back to this unit!

Last Minute Get Away

This unit is fantastic. Clean, well stocked and simply beautiful. The view is spectacular and just what the doctor ordered after my husband’s hip replacement surgery. Only draw back was the elevator on our end was not working. But we managed. Outside is a little run “rustic” but our unit was just spot on in comfort and design.
