Indulge in modern comforts with smart TVs in every room, including the outdoor patio. The garage has been thoughtfully transformed into a delightful space for kids, complete with two single beds. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining.

Step into the backyard paradise, featuring a built-in gas fire pit, a water lounge ledge, multiple lounge areas, and an outdoor dining and living area to comfortably sit 10 adults. For added convenience and security, our property features a smart lock system with a personalized entry code assigned to each guest.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• $150 per pet fee
• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted

💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
