Jax Beach — Time to Relax

Modern beach house only 4 blocks from the beach and newly renovated Pier. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Close to UNF, Mayo, TPC Sawgrass and downtown Jax Amway and EverBank Field. Plenty of room, 4 bedrooms, private outdoor oasis and outdoor shower, well equipped kitchen which opens right into the comfortable living space. Fast wifi throughout, cable and Roku TV, plus a bonus TV downstairs with chromecast. Plenty of parking onsite, garage and street parking Enjoy the private backyard space, and two gathering areas upstairs and down. Everything in the house is new and ready for you to enjoy. We crafted the house to suit a wide variety of needs. Bedrooms are comfortable and located both up and downstairs. Bathrooms are well stocked with the essentials. The entire house, garage and private back yard space is all yours. Enjoy a second floor deck in the front of the house and plenty of spots to gather as a group. I am located locally and will be available to respond to messages immediately. Don't hesitate to reach out if there are any issues, no problem is too small. I am here to help and make sure you have an excellent stay. That being said, unless I hear from you, I will leave you alone while staying with us to respect your privacy. Close to an amazing collection of bars and restaurants, something for everyone. Lots of attractions within walking distance and a short drive to excellent golf, Jacksonville, attractions and top notch health facilities. Live the outdoor lifestyle with plenty of water sports, nature trails and beautiful beaches.

Great Stay

Spent 2 weeks at this great place. Everything we were looking for was close to the location - restaurants, beach, and entertainment. The house was not cluttered but had everything we needed, and is more spacious than the pictures indicate. The internet connection was great. Would highly recommend.

Nice house in Jax Beach

The house is immaculate and very nicely furnished. It’s a 2-story house with a balcony and private patio in back. Very spacious interior space with modern bathrooms and showers. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Jax beach

Our family had a great time visiting Jax beach for an out of town wedding weekend trip. We loved staying at your beach house. The close proximity to the beach was perfect. We only drove our car once while we were there. My husband and I lived in Jacksonville 30 years ago and it was great seeing how the beach looks now and we shared that with our grown children. The home just as it was described. Great memories!

Perfect place for a family gathering

Everything you needed for a walk to the beach. Chairs boogie boards towels and a carrying cart. Great location. Enjoyed all the board games and cards. Would rebook this location again for sure

great clean, well furnished home!

The home was perfect for my wife and 2 daughters one of which has a 2 year old. The 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor allowed us to stay up and have a few drinks on the second floor where the kitchen, living room and patio are. also on the 2nd floor is the master suite and bathroom while my grandson could sleep happily in his room

Great Location

The house was located in a great location and walking distance to Jax Beach. There was more than enough room for 3 adults and 2 children. The house was clean and bright. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was thin and like sleeping on a hard piece of foam.

Excellent home!

This spacious home was a wonderful rental for my family of five. It was very clean and each bedroom had a nice size closet. The property manager was excellent at communicating when needed. She also supplied soap, trash bags, and other additional necessary items in a home that made it easier to travel. The outdoor shower was helpful when wanting to rinse off from the beach. The house is located just a few blocks from the beach and very close to many restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Spring Break

We had an amazing spring break at this house. The location was perfect and very close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed to have a great stay!! The outdoor shower was awesome after coming in from the beach!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful, clean home

Our family (6 adults) had plenty of room for sleeping, eating and relaxing. The home is nicely furnished and equipped. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery and other stores. Communication was fast and easy. Great experience!

Best weekend 11/10

The accuracy of the listing and Communication was above and beyond I booked my stay 3 months prior to visit some friends for the football game (gators vs bulldogs). As I got close to my check in date, Vanessa reached out to make sure and reassure that anything we needed to make this stay the perfect weekend it would be no problem at all to Reach out with any requests. We had everything we needed in the house to cook, clean, shower and have some drinks before heading out to the town to grab dinner and have a weekend. The house is immaculate very clean in and out the living room and kitchen have plenty of space to accommodate my guests very comfortably, Would recommend this listing to any and all family and friends looking to have a vacation with no hiccups along the way! 😊

Loved Jax Beach and this amazing house!!

Perfect stay! The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach. Short walk or drive to the beach. The house was great. The beds were very comfortable. Check-in and out were super easy. The host was amazing to communicate with.

Location location location

This was the perfect spot to stay in Jacksonville Beach. We were walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars and beaches. We will definitely book again if we come back to Jacksonville.
