Thanks for the nice review. As I advised you during your stay as an owner I have a single parking space designated for my use which is available exclusively for you during your stay. You had additional family bringing additional vehicles into the resort. There are many undesignated parking spaces available for use first come first served. During peak rental periods there may be a shortage of undesignated parking spaces available for my guests use There could be any number of factors solely controlled by my guest which might make it more difficult to find an available parking space. Including coming in late ; being unwilling to walk from the closest space to the elevator and continuing to drive around the parking lot in a futile effort to find a space or being unable a parallel park on the curb. Parking is at a minimum during peak summer months and holidays like this guests rental period Labor Day weekend. But my designated parking space is always available for my guests. When additional vehicles are brought in the burden falls on the guest to make it work

I am certainly sorry that the guest was dissatisfied with the multi level design of the condo. When the guest booked the condo, it was an instant booking indicating "family vacation" with no other inquiry. Had I known that the guests 86 year old aunt with mobility issues would be traveling, I would certainly have advised her that she may want to continue looking for a more suitable condo. However, the guest failed to alert me to this issue until she checked in. There are numerous reviews that discuss the layout of the condo. Some guests do not like the stairs because of mobility issues, while other guests appreciate the design because it provides additional privacy to each occupant. When they arrived the renter notified me that she was disappointed with the condo because of her mobility issue. Obviously, at that point in time, there was nothing that I could do to make her party more comfortable. She did not mention in her email that there were any cleanliness issues, had she done so, I would have gladly notified the cleaners to attend to her concerns. The review indicates that she asked me to make a disclosure regarding the design of the condo in the description, however she did not request that I take this action but I will modify the description moving forward to avoid having issues with guests like her. I heard nothing from her during her stay in terms of complaints, therefore I could not remedy whatever complaints she may have had and there was no communication during her stay other than the multi level condo complaint. We have had many 5 star positive review throughout this rental season and I am sorry that this guests was not as happy with her stay as other renters have been. The whole problem could have been avoided had the guest taken a little time to determine whether the condo would be appropriate for her needs.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for booking the condo. I hope the wedding went well. I am glad that you enjoyed the location of the condo. You mention in your review that there were numerous stairs in the condo. It is very clearly explained in the description on the website that the condo is not appropriate for guests with mobility issues. There are numerous pictures of all of the stairs on the website. There are not any decorative items that take up space in the condo that would cause any guest to feel cramped. The website has 25 photos of every room in the condo. Apparently, in selecting my unit for your trip you did not read the description or view the photos prior to booking. As far as the check in process is concerned, the condo has been booked almost daily for the past two years, we provided you with instructions on how your guest were to access the property by text and email on August 22, (3 cays prior to your check in). The problem that you described in your review regarding a guest having difficulty getting access to the resort is the first time that I was aware of this issue. Not to mention that this problem has never occurred in the past with any of our guests. The renter was aware of my email and telephone number yet I was never contacted about this problem. I take great pride in the fact that my reviews are all complimentary of my communication with the guests. If I am not aware of a problem that a guest is experiencing there is nothing I can do to solve the problem.
