«This place was an amazing stay all around»

«This hotel is better than I expected. Nice and bright rooms with both a frdige and a coffee machine. I like that. And they also kept an xtra set of towels in the room for me, kinda "just in case". I heard that they do that in every room. Nice. The staff was very helpful and serviceminded, and the 24h.desk made me feel safe. The only thing I can think of is the breakfast. Its ok, but not good, and it feels kinda cheap that they serve it in the reception area. The area outside is pretty and quiet. ...

«There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation. It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. «Our stay at the HIE in Jackson was nice. The service was attentive and the room was clean. Breakfast was as expected with the options slightly changed up over our stay. I visited the exercise room. It's quite dated and one of the TVs didn't work. I'll live. Overall, nice stay. »
