Everything. After checking in around 8pm, didnt get the room i booked, 2 doubles and a king, instead we got 2 kings and a sofa sleeper. Wife had to sleep on sofa sleeper, went to ask abt it, front desk clerk told us the clerk from morning shift swapped us.
We are out of town and are at the mercy of the hotel so not much we could do. After settling in, one of the girls went to shower only to find hair in it, then found hair all over one of the beds, sheets had stains, one of the toilet had poop stains on it,It was like no one even cleaned the room. By this time it was midnite, went down to front desk to get new sheets.
Spoke to i guess a manager the next day, was told tht they swapped the room long ago but had no way to contact us to let us know bc we booked thru a 3rd party. But thts not wat the clerk told us when we went to ask abt our room at chk in. Like i mentioned above, the room was changed tht morning according to the clerk. So im guessing the hotel manager was trying to deflect blame elsewhere. Someone should be held responsible, this was unacceptable and not professional at all. Will never stay at hilton property again. Ty
