Michael checked us in and was super helpful and friendly even though they were short staffed and super busy due to several events going on. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was great and got large portions for the price. Bed was AMAZING so comfortable. I have a $10,000 tempur pedic bed and pillows at home and they don't even come close to the comfort of these. My husband was taking pictures of the tags to find and buy them. Check out was a breeze. Only problem I did have was I am highly allergic to sprays (airfreshners, exc.) They have them in the elevators and they are really strong for such a small area. It went off while going up to room (before we knew it was there) it effected me so bad I had to be medicated for several days. This could be a HUGE issue for someone with severe respiratory issues so I was very surprised they would have them. Also, they tell you what time breakfast is served which was a little misleading, it is really the time the restaurant opens up to start selling breakfast but the way they word it. We believed that breakfast was included but that is our fault for not checking the reservation to see what it said. Just don't want anyone else to misunderstand this! Either way it was still a great stay and we would definitely recommend and would stay again. Although, next time I'd need a room on 1st floor because 4 flights of stairs was exhausting since we couldn't use the elevators.
