This luxurious top-floor residence in the newly constructed Arts District West building offers spacious, sunlit living areas along with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Town Square.

We’ve been in love with Jackson for decades. Now, whether it’s your first visit or your hundredth, we invite you to enjoy our gorgeous top-floor vacation home as your own, to find yourself as enchanted by these breathtaking surroundings as we are.
Live well
The first thing you’ll notice as you step inside Eagle’s Rest is the ample open spaces and abundant natural light. As you look a little closer, you’ll see the impeccable attention to detail — dozens of unique and thoughtful touches designed to give this sleek, modern home its warm and welcoming feel.
Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with views of Snow King Mountain, rugged Saddle and Crystal buttes, and the historic town itself.
The open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas is perfectly designed for friends and families to gather and relax in one of the world’s most beautiful locales.
Central air-conditioning (a rarity in Jackson) and a cozy living-room fireplace keep the temperatures just right through winter, spring, summer, and fall.
Eat well
There are so many terrific restaurants to choose from in Jackson — many just a short stroll from our front door — but when you feel like staying cozy at home, you’ll love our large gourmet kitchen. Fully equipped with top-of-the-line Wolf and Subzero appliances, the chef in you can whip up everything from fabulous culinary masterpieces to simple surefire crowd-pleasers like spaghetti alla carbonara and tacos.
Or take the party outside for burgers, chicken, and steaks on the patio’s built-in grill.
Whatever you decide, you’re sure to need plenty of fuel onboard for the day’s adventures to come.
Sleep well
When it’s time to recharge those batteries, retreat into the quiet, peaceful bedrooms for a night of deep mountain slumber. Eagle’s Rest sleeps 8 comfortably.
The loft suite and the primary guest bedroom both feature huge king beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed that’s great for both kids and adults.
Each bedroom has its own well-appointed bathroom, all with internally heated floors to keep feet toasty on those early winter mornings.
And, if you’re not too exhausted from the day’s fun, you’ll find state-of-the-art Samsung TVs in each bedroom to let you stream your favorite movies and shows.
Take it outside
As gorgeous as you’ll find the interior spaces at Eagle’s Rest, we know you’ll also want to spend time on its expansive outdoor patio.
With a premium built-in grill, a private eight-person hot tub, and plenty of room to spread out, this is the place to soak up Jackson’s exceptional outdoor vibe white enjoying the comforts of home.
There’s even a snow-melt system installed to ensure your outdoor setting is available all year ‘round.
Oh, and did we mention the views?! With Snow King Mountain, Crystal Butte, and rugged Saddle Butte all framing the historic town of Jackson, you can’t help but feel exhilarated even as you relax.
What about parking?
It’s included, of course. You’ll have two designated spots in our heated parking garage, with an elevator for access and for easier loading of gear. You’ll end up loving this amenity, because the last thing you want to deal with after a big day in the mountains is looking for a place to store your car.
What’s there to see and do?
There’s practically no end to the beauty and number of activities you’ll discover here in Wyoming. To begin with, Eagle’s Rest is located right at the heart of historic Jackson, just four blocks from the famous Town Square, with its world-renowned elk-antler gateway — not to mention dozens of terrific restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
We love to start each morning with croissants and lattes from our neighborhood Persephone Bakery before heading out for the day’s adventures.
Depending on the season, you might choose rafting on the Snake River, hiking or biking among majestic peaks, or even a wildlife safari in Grand Teton or Yellowstone national parks.
In the winter, it’s all about the skiing and boarding. World-class Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is just 20 minutes away, and our smaller local favorite Snow King is even closer — visible directly from your Eagle’s Rest patio.
Of course, you’ll need good food to fuel all this activity. For a quick grab-and-go lunch, try a hearty and delicious sando from the farm-to-table Teton Lunch Counter by chef Tori Parker (located just downstairs on our 1st floor).
In the evenings, prepare your own culinary sensation in our fully equipped, top-of-the-line kitchen, or stroll out on the town for drinks on the rooftop at the Cloudveil hotel or at the fun and famous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar before digging into dinner at the Snake River Grill or The Bistro.
You’ll also find great shopping at Habits and Accentuate for western fashions, and Mountain Dandy or MADE for gifts and collectibles.
