Sweeping Mountain Views make this 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom with loft, family friendly condo, a prime vacation rental. Splits air conditioning recently installed. Beautiful condominium with all the conveniences for a fun family vacation located 1 mile from Storyland and minutes from Attitash, Wild Cat, Cranmore and Black Mountain Ski Resorts. Sledding hill in yard.
Spacious, featuring one master bedroom with private full bathroom with walk-in shower, new 2025, king size bed, spacious closet. Second bedroom features a full size bed. Guest bathroom is all new 2025 featuring a walk in shower. Loft features two single beds and futon.
Well appointed kitchen with all new dishes, pots/pans, etc. Also, a new oven range with air fryer oven this season. New large capacity laundry washer and dryer off kitchen.
Spacious grand room offers comfortable seating and gas fireplace. Heated entry way mudroom for all your boots, coats and skiis. Outside private balcony with gorgeous mountain views.

Condo is on the second floor, there is one flight of stairs up to gain entry.

Property is 1,700 square feet with two spacious bedrooms, loft, two full bathrooms, and sleeps 6 people (occupancy strictly enforced.).

Level1: King Master Bedroom with king bed and smart TV. Guest bedroom has a full bed, TV and shares a full bath.

Level 2: Loft sleeping area features 2 twin beds, futon and smart tv.

Great Room with smart tv, dvd, plenty of seating and gas fireplace.
Extras: wireless high-speed internet access, Keurig Coffee machine, Mr, Coffee machine, Ninja blender, Cuisinart griddler, crock pot, video/book libraries, high chair, pack-n-play, baby safety gates, parking for 2 vehicles.

Minutes to Echo Lake State Park, Diana's Baths, Conway Scenic Railroad, Tuckerman's Brewing Company, Mount Washington Observatory Weather Discovery Center.

Attitash Ski Resort is located 5 miles away, Cranmore Mountain Resort 8 miles, Wildcat Mountain Resort 13 miles, and Breton Woods Ski Resort, 27miles.
Twenty minutes down the road is the Wildcat Mountain Scenic Gondola and ZipRider.

During the summer, enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the Saco River for kayaking, tubbing, wading or canoeing. A multitude of hiking trails are close by for adventures for all level of hiking and mountain biking in the White Mountains.

Storyland, a family fun theme park is located 1 mile away, with rides for kids of all ages. TripAdvisor voted Storyland one of the Top 25 Best Amusement Parks in the country. Santa's Village is located an hour from Christmas Mountain

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. Very spacious and host provided many games which we all enjoyed playing in the evenings. I loved sitting on the porch in the mornings, drinking coffee and looking out at the mountains. It is quiet and peaceful there.

Wonderful Stay in Bartlett

We decided to travel to Bartlett at the last minute and couldn’t be happier. The house was spacious and convenient to many activities (just down the street from Storyland, up the hill a bit). We had plenty of room for our family. The host was also very responsive. When we left, my five-year old said, “the house was great,” so take it from him.

Nice property and location

Nice space overall, suited the needs of our family quite well. Would definitely consider renting again! One small note - the air conditioning really just covers the master bedroom and loft beds, not the 2nd bedroom (though that does have a ceiling fan). It wasnt an issue during our stay as we had cooler than usual weather, so we didn't have to find out if that was enough.

Awesome Return Stay

This was our 3rd stay here at this beautiful, spacious condo. It’s a pleasure to vacation here year after year and know exactly what we are getting when we book. It is exceptionally clean, and well stocked, and truly feels like our "home away from home." Kathy is a wonderful and thoughtful host, and is always quick to respond to my correspondence. Great Place to Stay with Kids and Visit Storyland

Place was spacious, clean and close to Story Land. My kids appreciated the toys, roomy loft and wonderful views. My only suggestion for the owner is that the day bed have a new mattress (was very uncomfortable for the child on in) and clearer communication regarding removing the trash. We thought the instructions meant the key was at the dumpster and then had to turn back around. All in all, a great place to stay!

Home away from home

The house was very cozy, clean, and had all the comforts of home. Went for the weekend with my family before both kids start college next week. The host was great at communicating quickly and thought of everything a guest could need. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

A lovely stay

Condo was as described in the listing, very clean, very comfortable, lovely views of the mountains. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay, we especially enjoyed eating together at the breakfast nook. We all had comfy sleeps and reads on the couch. The place is practically walking distance to Story Land, but it's an hour drive to Santa's Village. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location near Storyland for Family

We chose this place because of the proximity to Storyland, but overall it was a great place to stay for a few nights. We were pleasantly surprised how fully stocked this unit was. We found anything we could have needed. The place was clean and worked perfectly for mixed family members with some smaller children.

Beautiful unit !!!

The unit was beautiful !!! Very well kept , clean and modern , all the amenities you could ask for and plenty of space to sprawl out for our softball tournament with a couple of the girls teammates !! We will certainly be back !

Our 2nd stay was as wonderful as the 1st !

This was our 2nd stay here at this beautiful, spacious condo, and I hope to return again next year. The condo is exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very comfortable. My family and I even enjoyed staying in one day when it snowed. It was so cozy watching the snow fall, with a beautiful view of the mountains and a warm fire. There are lots of winter activities in the area, and we also enjoyed visiting the nearby aquarium which is located next door to Storyland. Thank you Kathleen, for hosting us again!

Wonderful house in the White Mountains near North Conway

The house is wonderful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Kathy is a great host. It is well furnished & clean. The views of the mountains from the balcony and the living room is beautiful. It is very close to North Conway and all the main attractions in the White Mountains area. We had a wonderful time.

Well appointed condo

We really enjoyed our stay over July 4th weekend. Everything you’d need is in the kitchen. Does not have central air, but loft and master bedroom have wall available units. Other bedroom (without air) got too hot to use for sleeping. Loft ac, master ac on full blast and living room ceiling fan on helped cool the majority of the condo. We’d definitely stay here again!
