The Space:

Abode at the Homestead is a 3,400-square-foot mountain retreat offering easy ski-in/ski-out access just 100 yards from the tow rope to the Teewinot green ski run. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and features cathedral ceilings that frame expansive views of the ski mountain. The entrance provides a generous landing for gear storage, leading into a spacious great room anchored by a wood-burning stone fireplace and decorated with original Navajo ceramic pottery.



The interior is designed for both relaxation and high-end entertaining. A gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, custom pine cabinetry, and premium appliances, supported by a dining table for 8 and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The primary suite is located on the upper level and is furnished with a king Duxiana bed and an ensuite bath featuring a separate soaking tub and large shower. An additional guest bedroom on the same level offers a queen bed and ensuite bath, while the lower level houses a bunk room with its own bathroom and a large, separate family room.



Outdoor living at the property is nestled among mature aspen and spruce trees. The private deck includes a 5-seat hot tub and a patio table for alfresco dining while enjoying the alpine air. Located less than 0.25 miles from Teton Village restaurants and shops, and only 12 miles from Jackson Town Square, Abode at the Homestead provides a quiet, slope-side sanctuary with convenient access to the best of Jackson Hole and the nearby national parks.



**HOA RULES** We ask you to please respect the neighborhood & its residents as if they were your own and keep in mind that guests will be responsible for any fines incurred in violation of the HOA rules. We appreciate your cooperation.

- Parking is limited to no more than 2 vehicles at this property.

- No RVs, sprinter vans, boats, trailers or oversized vehicles of any time.

- Due to noise ordinances enforced by the Homeowners Association, motorcycles are not permitted in this neighborhood.
