«Positiv: Zustand & Sauberkeit: Aufgrund der Neueröffnung präsentiert sich das Hotel in einem tadellosen und sehr sauberen Zustand. Lage & Parkmöglichkeit: Gute Anbindung; der kostenfreie private Parkplatz ist ein spürbarer Mehrwert. Zimmergestaltung: Das Zimmer ist ansprechend und modern eingerichtet. «We stayed at the Alves Hotel in Izmir for four nights as a family of four, renting two twin rooms, and couldn't be happier with our choice. We were visiting from Norway, where hotel standards are generally high, so our expectations were too. Alves Hotel didn't just meet them, it exceeded them. «今回も良かったですが、次回は窓が通りに面しているクラシカルのお部屋に滞在したいと思いました»

«Near the old city, nice rooms, great breakast an service.»

«Near the seafront and beatutiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a room towards the street and the street was busiy and you could here som noice. But the room was magnificent. A lovely roof terrace but unfortanatly it closed at 6 pm.»

«I stayed together with two friends and we really enjoyed our time in the apartment. It is clean and spacious, and the owner is very attentive. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, and conveniently located for exploring Izmir. We would be happy to come back!»

«Hotellansatte mangler tilstrekkelig kunnskap og profesjonalitet i behandlingen av gjester.»

«Pros: The rooms were clean, and the lobby looked nice. Good location near main street of Alsancak and the train station. One of the receptionists were very helpful regarding reccomendations and planning of our activities. Cons: Service could be better as we had to negotiate with one of the receptionists regarding getting a couple more towels/toilet paper rolls. Lobby was not airconditioned at peak temperature times, which made waiting for the room to be ready slightly uncomfortable. »

«Fantastic! Reccomend a stay!»

«Anbefales. Stort rom og rent. Veldig komfortabel og god service»

«The room was nice , but a problem with the shower drain, water collected then spilled over to the bathroom floor. I assume a one-off, I told them ald hopefully fixed. There was lots of road construction in the area but still a great location, close to the waterfront ( Kordon) and very lively are on a Saturday night with many shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Also very close to the train station, which for me was inportant.»

«This hotel is brand new, the rooms are great, bathrooms is excellent. The immediate area around the hotel is not excactly lively in the evenings, so we felt very alone some nights walking home, but we had no indications it was unsafe. The staff are falling over themselves trying to please the guests in every possible way, we felt we were treated like royalty.»

«Ble positiv overrasket »

«Very nice breakfast restaurant on top floor with seating both outside and inside. Unfortunately not open for access except breakfast time. Nice rooms with value for money. Cleaning ok. »
