«This is supposed to be a top rated resort in Ixtapa. We paid for the All-Inclusive and it was a disappointing. The resort only has 4 restaurants where you can have dinner and 3 of those are considered “specialty”. We were only allowed to dine once at each of the restaurants during our 7 day stay. The quality of the food overall was not good. And you couldn’t eat poolside, like what? Also, my bed was hard as a rock. They did put a topper on the mattress after I complained. The walk to the pool ...

«It was a nice condo, liked the 3/2 accommodations, the pools were crowded and a bit outdated, children and adults mixed in, not relaxing at all since children were allowed to run all over the place. I love children but they needed a safe children’s pool for them only.»

«Very enjoyable resort. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend it for you. It is built into a cliff side. Beautiful views but lots of stairs and uneven surfaces. »
