«We stayed there because of its proximity to the Iwakuni Airport to easily catch a next day flight. It was a comfortable walking distance to the airport. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful.»

«Just OK. Not a high end hotel but OK. They should tell you about parking - which is offsite. We had to guess where to park. Also, very hard to get a taxi at night. Room was small but OK. Very hard to deal with the A/C controls.»

«老舗ホテルで、8階の客室廊下に山本五十六大将の集合写真があり、感激しました。 少し、絵画が多すぎるようにも感じました。 夕食時の接客は、年齢が高めの女性スタッフが多く、丁寧で感じ良かったです。 温泉からの眺めは素晴らしかったのですが、館内が広く、お風呂にたどり着くまで、かなり歩くので、脚が不自由な方には少し厳しいかも　と思いました。»

«The room was not clean- I had found a pair of boxers under the bed The beds looked like they had been slept in by someone else. There was hair in the beds and the sheets were not clean. There was no one there to let us in- the door was unlocked and it wasn't until a long wait period I knocked on a door and someone came to show us our room. «朝食のみいただきましたが、とてもこだわっておられて、最近の旅館のどこよりも満足度が高かったです。施設自体は年数が経っていますが、必要なところはしっかりリノベーションがされ、掃除もゆき届いていました。安く予約させてもらったのにかえって申し訳ないくらい素晴らしい旅館でした。»

«スタッフさんは感じがよく、料理も食べきれないほどてした。客室からは海は見えませんでした。お値段的に部屋を期待していましたが、あまり広くはなく、部屋を入って布団の横を通ってソファのある場所に行くような不思議な作りでした。部屋にお風呂がついているのが良かったですが、ほぼ外なので寒いし、シャワーの水圧が弱く髪を洗うのが大変でした。»

«Wonderful ryokan overlooking the Inari shrine. Food was great, but the kids (10 and 12) were disappointed they got the kids meal with fries during dinner when they had been looking forward to japanese food. The japanese breakfast in the morning made up for it though. Attentive staff and wonderful private onsen.»

«Vi bodde på tradisjonelt japansk rom som var kjempefint og med flott utsikt ut til hagen. Vi ble møtt på fergekaien av shuttlebussen med en veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom sjåfør. På hotellet ble vi fulgt opp på rommet der vi satte oss ned på gulvet rundt et bord og fikk servert te. Han som ble med oss opp forklarte litt om hotellet og deretter bestemte vi hva vi skulle ha til middag og frokost dagen etter. Middagen var veldig spennende med masse forskjellig tradisjonell japansk mat. Mest sjømat. ...

«Clean room and typical of a hotel in regional Japan. Views were lovely, especially on ground floor and in the restaurant. I took advantage of the onsen and sauna. Free coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks on ground floor. They offer have a shuttle bus service to / from the station but limited hours. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk so if you have heavy luggage, would not recommend. 7/11 and MacDonalds are close by.»

«Great place, service and staff! Had japanese style room and it was awesome. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to the ferry station which is very convinient and you can travel there for the night walk as well. A really great place to experience the japanese hospitality, food an scenery😊»
