«Wonderful ryokan overlooking the Inari shrine. Food was great, but the kids (10 and 12) were disappointed they got the kids meal with fries during dinner when they had been looking forward to japanese food. The japanese breakfast in the morning made up for it though. Attentive staff and wonderful private onsen.»

«Everything about this property and the staff was fabulous. We had traditional breakfast and supper that were prepared and served flawlessly. Every dish and bite was flavorful and varied. There was an incredible variety of flavors, colors and textures. We had supper served in our room and it was a beautiful personal touch, with the servers explaining every dish and we were able to enjoy it as a relaxed, easy pace. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we come to Japan. »

«The hotel is amazing—well maintained and offering great amenities such as hot spring baths, yukatas to wear around the hotel, a wide selection of bath accessories, and a shuttle service to the station. The only downside is that the staff dont speak English, but they genuinely try to understand you, and using a translator works perfectly fine.»

«This area really surprised me. It is remote but is beautiful! The resort is very old and needs a good cleaning. The entrance area had a mouldy smell, but the room were VERY big and clean!! Lots of room and liked the decor. I did like the private onsen, but it was not what I expected. It was more of a tube outside on your deck. I was expecting continuous hot water flow like in the public onsen.»

«Vi bodde på tradisjonelt japansk rom som var kjempefint og med flott utsikt ut til hagen. Vi ble møtt på fergekaien av shuttlebussen med en veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom sjåfør. På hotellet ble vi fulgt opp på rommet der vi satte oss ned på gulvet rundt et bord og fikk servert te. Han som ble med oss opp forklarte litt om hotellet og deretter bestemte vi hva vi skulle ha til middag og frokost dagen etter. Middagen var veldig spennende med masse forskjellig tradisjonell japansk mat. Mest sjømat. ...

«Nydelig tur til Miyajima. Veldig fint hotell med svært god service. Vi spiste både middag og japansk frokost på hotellet. Fin og annerledes opplevelse selv om japansk mat ikke vil bli min favoritt.»
