You'll love this beautiful 4 BD/6 Bath home that sleeps up to 18, and includes your own PRIVATE Splash Pad, with access to 3 resort pools, a waterpark, lazy river, 2 huge hot tubs, a nearby park, pickleball, and many other great amenities! The spacious open floor plan, with a large family room on each level and adjoining patios, allows plenty of room for couples, families, and friends to spread out, visit, and relax after a full day of having fun in sunny St. George!
The large modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your home away from home, while the adjoining dining area has seating for 18, plus booster seats for the youngest guests. The covered patio comes equipped with a table, seating for 8, and a gas barbeque grill, creating a great place for your family to dine together, or spend an evening playing family games. The other covered patio in this home is upstairs, where one can sink into comfortable seating and take in the gorgeous views of the red rock mountains (especially magic during sunrise). The sleeping accommodations start with FOUR (4) master bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the main level (with a disability-accessible entrance, room, & shower), while the other three bedrooms are upstairs. Two of the master bedrooms (including the main level) are furnished with King beds.

The Getaway #23 Paradise Village at Zion is located in Santa Clara, UT. Guests benefit from complimentary 1 GB blazing fast WiFi and private parking available on site.

This awesome vacation home is composed of 4 Master Suites, Sleeps up to 18 (2 King, 1 Queen, 2 sets of bunk beds w/ trundle bed, couch bed, inflatable mattress, couches, and 2 pack & plays for the youngest kiddos). 6 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, Amazing Kitchen (stocked with complimentary coffee, misc. spices & appliances), Lower patio (with Grill), upper covered Deck with amazing views, Blazing-fast 1 GB Wi-Fi, 2 Car Garage (with plenty of parking in the driveway and a parking lot behind and across the street), Level 2 EV charger (reach out regarding charging costs), ping pong table, Washer & Dryer, Private Splash Pad, 3 Heated Community Pools and 2 Hot Tubs, Waterpark, Lazy River, Pickleball courts, Volleyball, a nearby park, Pool Toys, Game Closet, and so much more than we can list.

St. George is 7 miles from the vacation home, while Hurricane is 25 miles away. The nearest airport is St. George Municipal Airport, 21 miles from The Getaway #23.

*During Dec. through Mid Feb. the splash pad, waterpark, and lazy river are not heated. The clubhouse pool is heated and there are two hot tubs heated year-round.

Spring Break

Took the family to St George and stayed here. The house was brand new, and had access to awesome pools. Lots of thoughtful touches (tooth paste in bathrooms, shampoo, soap, etc.). TVs everywhere, which was a hit with the kids for movie nights. We felt at home. Close to lots of outdoor adventures. Our son couldn’t stop picking activities from a fun custom adventure guide book that the host prepared with QR codes.We had a wonderful time.

Family Getaway

This was a perfect house for our multi family vacation. We love to cook together so we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Having an upstairs and downstairs living room was great when the kids wanted to hang out together. The lazy river and community pools are always a hit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. We loved the pools, pickle ball courts, and nearby golf/hiking. It was a great area close to everything we wanted to do. Each family had their own bathroom and the kids loved the bunk beds and dinosaur mural. We had a great time!

Amazing house!!

The house is beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped. We did not lack for a single amenity or kitchen tool. When we ran out of dish soap, I messaged the owner to let him know for the next guest. He immediately called me and remedied the problem. We loved all the extra supplies provided, like beach towels, pool toys, laundry detergent, and a vacuum. The kids loved the game closet and spent lots of time at the pools. The beds were fantastic - so comfortable! We also had lots of fun playing ping pong. We would absolutely stay at this property again!! Shane is so kind, responsive, and great to work with. Easily the best vacation rental experience we have had. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Beautiful setting for a family vacation!

Beautiful home! Loved all the bathrooms and master bedrooms! The pack n play came in handy for the 17 month old. The large kitchen table and spacious island were great for eating in after a long day of hiking! We even ate outside a couple of evenings (celebrated my husbands birthday) and the weather and views were amazing! The kitchen has everything you will need and more. My granddaughters loved the pools! Tons of beach towels to use. HARMONS Grocery is wonderful and only a couple minutes away. Lots of parking at the house! Apppreciated the washer and dryer for our stinky hiking clothes. 😁 This house is great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at this property, we've stayed at The Village at Zion many times and it never disappoints. We were in town for a wedding, and this accomodated us all very well. Late on our last night at the property I was informed that some little cousins had snuck a can of root beer upstairs to the bunk room and it unfortunately spilled soaking sheets, the mattress cover and even onto the mattress. I was already at the wedding and so my husband threw the sheets and cover into the wash and did what he was able with the mattress. We were required to pay insurance at booking, and were contacted by them letting us know the mattress needed to be replaced, and dealing with them has been a pretty slick process, so I'm grateful for that. Accidents happen, so I'm grateful for insurance!!

We stayed during July and the pools were a nice place to cool down. The house was very comfortable and spacious. Perfect for our group of 18. Communication with owner was great and all went smoothly. Would recommend and stay again.

Reunion location

We loved this location!! It had a well furnished kirchen which was vital for our family because of so many food allergies. We loved the splash pad and swim park. Bathroom for every room was a definite plus! They had activity accessories that we could use in the pool and scooters e.t.c. It was great! Our whole family loved the place!!

Great Stay in Santa Clara

We had a great stay - the neighborhood is full of rentals and is pretty busy. Home was huge! We had plenty of room to spread out and loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Splash pad in the backyard was equally fun. We checked in about 2 hours after check in time and it was still being cleaned which was a minor inconvenience but communication with the hosts was immediate and they were great to answer any questions. A few negatives to have a fully transparent and honest review. Carpet is desperately in need of being switched out and couches could be cleaned - they have stains from previous renters. Sheets could also use an upgrade - they are basic. This property is used as a short term rental and I'm sure it is full most of the time - it is just time to do a few upgrades/maintenance to it to make future stays more enjoyable for the money that is being spent to stay here.

Beautiful, clean home with a super fun pool

We had a great time here - the home had everything we needed: well-stocked kitchen, plenty of pool towels, comfortable beds, lots of room to hang out. Loved the location and the kids loved the very warm, heated pools (even on a cold weekend in February). Thank you!

Better than expected

This was a post-Christmas family reunion for us. We have two married sons and six grandchildren ranging in age from 3-15. This house worked great for our family of twelve. The four bedrooms are very comfortable and having six bathrooms eliminated any conflicts for our group. The common areas and kitchen are also very spacious and handled our family very well. My wife is in a wheelchair so we need an accessible house. It is always hard to visualize how things will work just by looking at pictures but we had no issues with the wheelchair. More importantly, she needs a hand held shower wand and Shane was very gracious to add this feature, along with a shower chair. Both worked great. I checked with the managers of all the other houses in the St George area claiming to be "accessible". None of the other houses have a hand held wand and did not offer to make this addition. I am very grateful that Shane was sensitive to our needs. Due to unseasonably cold temperatures, we did not use the pool or any of the other facilities but they looked very nice. I highly recommend this property for anyone. The house is very comfortable and Shane is a very helpful and responsive host.
