Pelican's Perch Waterfront Cabin in East Port with Boat Dock

  • Pelican's Perch is a beautifully remodeled privately owned 2 story waterfront cabin in Eastport Cove!
    In March of 2022 we purchased "Pelican's Perch" and have been completely remodeling it to offer a very modern/comfortable up to date getaway spot on Pickwick Lake. No expense has been sparred in this remodel, from granite counter tops, new cabinets, remodeled bathrooms, new lighting fixtures, to all new luxury vinyl flooring. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. We offer 2 grilling areas to prepare dinner. 1 Blackstone griddle on the upstairs balcony overlooking Eastport cove, 1 gas grill and 1 charcoal grill by waters edge on our private waterfront dock complete with outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit. We are walking distance to Eastport Marina/Boat Rental, Restaurant, and Boat Ramp. We have a 20’ boat dock to park your boat at during your stay just a few steps away from the cabin. Wifi and Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people.

Great stay at Pelican’s Point. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Its proximity to the Marina is a bonus. Great communication with host. Can’t wait to back again soon!

Wonderful family weekend

Our family of 5 enjoyed the weekend stay at this cabin. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the entire cabin was clean and well kept. Great view of the water, and the check in/check out process was easy.

A Great Getaway

Pelican's Perch it a great getaway in a convenient location to Eastport Marina. The home has been updated throughout and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay at the lake. My family and I will definitely be staying again.

Another great stay!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and it was just as great as the time before. Staying at a newly remodeled home is always nice. The owner thought of everything and is always available when needed. We will be staying again.

Nice weekend getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelican’s Perch. The communication with the owners was excellent. Very quick responses. The property had every thing we needed. Decor was cute and nicely done. It’s well stocked. The bottled water and snacks were a nice welcoming touch. Having the boathouse was a dream for my husband. He could get up early, walk out and jump in his boat to fish without any trouble. He loved that! Having a place to store our wakeboards and tubes was nice! Safe and secure. We got a great workout with the stairs. Although they may pose a problem for guests with mobility issues, we didn’t have any problems and we are in our late 60s. We were there in the off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. There was only one other boat on the lake when we did a late afternoon sunset cruise with our family group. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Early Fall Fishing Trip

Even though we were not able to fish much due to windy conditions, we did enjoy our stay very much. This home had everything we needed for our stay except Ice. At my age I had a little problem with all the stairs, but all in all a good time. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
