this beautiful flat is located on the second floor and has two large balconies on different sides of the building. Always sunshine, therefore. The cosy living room and spacious kitchen are the heart of the flat. The bedrooms also make a wonderful day in Tyrol come to fruition.
Itter is a beautiful place to spend your holidays in any season

The ski slope and ski school are just located opposite the holiday flat, as well as the cross-country ski run which starts next to the house. The bus stop is in front of the house and Bistro & grocery shop is within 5 minutes walking distance.
The outdoor swimming pool of Itter is literally next door and invites you to take a refreshing summer bath. With the Hohe Salve Gästekarte (included), access to the swimming pool in summer is free. The card also offers many other advantages throughout the year. For example, the bus between Wörgl and Kitzbühel and the train between Wörgl and Hochfilzen are free. You will also receive discounts at various partner companies of the "Hohe Salve Gästekarte"
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
